RECRUITING

Hey,,,, what do you guys think a good number for our outfit would be.. We got about 56 or so guys right now... And we have a decent amount of points for the amount of peeps we have.. But a lot havent been logging on... I think we have about 35 or more regular players.. we always seem to have enough for at least one full squad every night, and we squad well together... But it seems we are just shy of having 2 squads a night.. Well I think about 100 members would be good.. That way we would have a good amount of players on at any given time.. Easy to get a squad and not have to wait for an opening in an outfit squad. If we need a few more, then the guys officer level should recruit a couple more a peice i think.. I try to recruit, but i dont want to have to lower our outfit to broadcast recruiting.. "going to sanc and saying BMF is recruiting"... Thats kind of lame.. But if each regularly playing member could recruit just one guy, then we could almost double our numbers and have an easier time getting into good squads.. Every time im squadded with BMF guys we tend to rock.... Another good sign is that when we get peeps in outfit, they dont leave.. Which means they like the outfit, prolly because we stick together, and for the most part work well as a team..

good points, man, and i agree with u. but i think that if we do recruit to whatever total number of members, we need to make sure they all play regular-like on markov server, like, at least once a week, if not more, sounds fair to me.

i also dont want to do the sanc broadcast, it doesnt say much about our outfit and its harder to see if we actually LIKE the ppl joining our outfit, and i think it is important to be able to get along with one another for success.

as to the total # of members, i dont really care, so long as they are guys who actually play and that we can all get along with, or at least be civil with.
